Rapid Assessment of Pollution Sources (RAPS)
References and Validation The majority of the data provided in this methodology has been adapted from Economopoulos (1993). Where appropriate, alternative references have been used, and these are clearly listed throughout the methodology. The purpose of the Rapid Source Inventory Technique is to provide a basic analysis of point source pollution. It is not intended to provide thoroughly accurate or highly detailed results. If the results are to be applied in a practical scenario they should be used as a starting point to further detailed analysis, or alongside additional data. Economopoulos, A.P.
